I created Voyage to HEAL to provide words of hope, empowerment and love to women battling the waves of life.
On my voyage through this earthly life, enormous waves of pain and trials began at a very early age. However, God had a plan for my life. He has taken what Satan meant for harm and turned it into something good.
I’ve always heard that God often uses simple, ordinary things to accomplish his tasks in the world. I thought, Yes! that’s me! I’m sharing my story to show others that what God has done for me He can do for anyone!
God has gotten me through sexual abuse by my father, losing my Mom to cancer, death of my twin daughters, my husband’s life changing accident, betrayal by friends and other painful waves. He has been there by my side through wave after crashing wave. He’s always been faithful and never left me. The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him. (Lamentations 3:25) I’m living proof of God’s mercy and grace.
I’m not special, what God has done for me He can do for you! Regardless of what you’ve been through or how bad your heart has been broken, there is hope! You will overcome and you are loved!
